- Make the yearly and monthly service budget.
- Track workshop income, labor sales, and part sales.
- Cut down waste and lower operational costs.
- Review financial reports with top company leaders

Team Leadership and Staffing

- Hire, train, and lead service managers, advisors, and mechanics.
- Set performance goals for all workshop staff.
- Plan technical and customer service training programs.
- Build a strong team culture and handle staff reviews

Operations and Quality Control

- Oversee daily workshop flow, repairs,



and vehicle delivery times.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policies.
- Maintain clean, safe workspaces that follow local rules.
- Check repair logs to keep efficiency high

Customer Relations

- Resolve major complaints or tough client issues.
