Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage accounting

transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The ideal

candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in day-to-day finance

operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accurately
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Verify invoices, expense claims, and payment requests
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance functions




- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Timely completion of reconciliations
- Compliance with statutory requirements
- Efficiency in reporting and closing activities

Reporting To

Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
