Department: Production
Reporting To: Production Manager
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Plastics / Production

Key Responsibilities

- Manage shift-wise plastic injection moulding production.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor machine parameters, cycle time and machine performance.
- Handle mould change, material change and machine setup.
- Control rejection, rework, scrap and material wastage.
- Identify and troubleshoot common moulding defects.
- Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure machine safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping.
- Maintain production, rejection and downtime reports.




- Conduct proper shift handover and report issues to the Production Manager.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of injection moulding machines and moulds.
- Knowledge of plastic materials and moulding defects.
- Manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of 5S, TPM, OEE and quality systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
