Job Summary:
Coordinate NSDC/Skill Development programs, including student enrollment, batch management, documentation, portal updates, assessments, certifications, MIS, and compliance. Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage NSDC/Skill India-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate student enrollment, batch creation, and candidate data.
- Maintain training-center and batch records on relevant portals.
- Coordinate assessments, examinations, and certifications.
- Ensure required documents and compliance are maintained.
- Coordinate with Training Partners, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), assessors, and NSDC stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate records.
- Track batch progress, attendance, assessment status, and certification.
- Handle portal-related updates and resolve data/documentation issues.




- Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Valuable MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Documentation & MIS reporting
- Portal handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of NSDC / Skill India / SSC processes
- Attention to detail
- Experience in skill-development/training institutes is preferred.

Suitable Background

Candidates from Skill Development, Training Institute, NSDC/SSC, Education/EdTech, MIS, Operations, or Government Project Coordination backgrounds can be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
