We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and Tier-1 vendors
- Generate C2C, W2, and Full-time requirements from clients
- Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain a strong pipeline of requirements and track business metrics
- Attend client meetings, calls, and presentations as needed
- Ensure timely submission and delivery of quality candidates
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales / Client Acquisition
- Hands-on experience with MSP/VMS models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network of direct clients and vendors
- Ability to generate requirements consistently
- Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
- Experience working with ATS/CRM tools
- Self-driven with strong business acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing client/vendor relationships
- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
- Proven track record in revenue generation

Pay: ₹14,077.32 - ₹58,392.84 per month
