About the Role

ACN Motors is looking for a Service Advisor Trainee to join our automotive service team.

This role is suitable for BE graduates who are interested in building a career in automobile service and customer handling.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Understand customer complaints and communicate them clearly to the workshop team.
- Prepare and explain service estimates to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor vehicle service progress.
- Follow up on vehicle delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper service records and customer details.
- Assist the Service Advisor team in day-to-day workshop operations.

Requirements

- BE qualification is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.




- Valid driving licence and ability to drive a car is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge or interest in automobiles is preferred.
- Hindi communication skills are preferred.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Fresh BE graduates can apply.
- Must be willing to work at Viraganoor or Othakadai, Madurai.
- Candidates currently based in Madurai are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
