Billing Executive – Makin Supermart

About the Role

Makin Supermart is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Billing Executive to handle daily billing operations, cash/card/UPI transactions, and basic store-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the supermarket billing/POS system efficiently.
- Generate accurate bills and invoices for customers.
- Handle cash, UPI, debit/credit card and other payment methods.
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, quantities and offers are applied.
- Manage cash counter and maintain accurate daily cash records.
- Handle returns, exchanges and billing-related customer queries.
- Coordinate with the store team regarding product prices, availability and offers.
- Check and maintain billing counter supplies.




- Prepare daily billing and cash collection reports.
- Follow store procedures for cash handling and closing the counter.
- Maintain a clean and organised billing counter.
- Provide polite and efficient customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Previous experience in supermarket, retail or billing is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with POS/billing software is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash and digital payment reconciliation.
- Honest, punctual and responsible.
- Ability to work in shifts and during weekends/holidays when required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
