Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction operations. You will act as the key link between the design team and the execution crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Interpret architectural and structural blueprints to set out layout lines, grids, and levels on-site.
- Supervision: Guide daily labor, subcontractors, and machine operators to ensure work meets design specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect steel reinforcement, formwork, and concrete mixes; conduct material testing (slump test, cube test).
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily logbooks, track material consumption, and prepare progress reports for management.
- Safety Enforcement:



Maintain zero-accident standards by enforcing strict health, safety, and PPE compliance on site.

Required Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience working on residential, commercial, or infrastructure sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
