Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge to manage assembly production and ensure smooth coordination between the Machine Shop and Assembly departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily assembly production activities and achieve production targets.
- Handle manpower planning, work allocation, and operator productivity.
- Coordinate with the Machine Shop for timely availability of machined components.
- Follow up on Machine Shop materials/components and Assembly materials to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Develop and implement Fixtures, Jigs, Gauges, and special tools for production improvement.
- Identify opportunities for automation and semi-automation in assembly processes.
- Drive cost reduction and cycle-time reduction initiatives.
- Improve productivity through process improvement, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
- Reduce rejection, rework,



material wastage, and unnecessary production time.
- Ensure assembly work is carried out as per drawings, BOM, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor production performance and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
- Train and guide operators and ensure proper safety and housekeeping practices.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Pneumatic, Vacuum Conveying, Automation, Sheet Metal Fabrication, or Industrial Machinery will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, production processes, and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience in Fixture & Jig development, automation, and productivity improvement preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
