We are looking for a results-driven SEM Executive to manage and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Search campaigns, keyword research, ad copy, bid management, conversion tracking and performance analysis.

You will be responsible for improving campaign performance, generating quality traffic and leads, and helping achieve overall marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads search campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and build relevant keyword and ad group structures.
- Write and optimise Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) and ad extensions/assets.
- Monitor campaign performance including CTR, CPC, conversions, CPA and ROAS.
- Optimise bids, budgets, keywords, search terms and targeting to improve performance.




- Analyse search term reports and add relevant negative keywords.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign structure, targeting and ad performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and work with tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Carry out competitor and market research to identify current keyword and campaign opportunities.
- Continuously test different keywords, ads, landing pages and targeting strategies.
- Stay updated with changes to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and the wider paid search landscape.
