We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle sales inquiries, communicate with customers, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and a robust interest in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through various sources.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, dispatch, and sales teams.
- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order status.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
