Academic Advisor – Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
- Assess students' eligibility for universities, colleges, and study programs in different countries.
- Recommend suitable courses, institutions, and destinations according to student profiles.
- Provide accurate information about admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and living expenses.
- Guide students through the university application process, ensuring timely submission of documents.
- Review and verify academic documents, transcripts, statements of purpose (SOPs), resumes, and recommendation letters.
- Assist students in preparing solid university applications to improve admission chances.
- Coordinate with university representatives and admission offices regarding application status and requirements.
- Advise students on scholarship opportunities and financial planning for overseas education.
- Support students with visa documentation and collaborate with the visa counseling team.
- Keep up to date with changes in university admission policies, immigration rules,



and education trends.
- Conduct career guidance sessions to help students choose programs aligned with their future goals.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and educational institutions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and student satisfaction throughout the admission process.
- Achieve individual and team enrollment targets while maintaining ethical counseling practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, visa processing, and marketing, to provide seamless student support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
