Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and well-presented Waitress / Stewardess to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Assist the team during busy hours and special events.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
