Job Summary

We are looking for a Student Success & Placement Coordinator to support students throughout their placement journey. The role involves student communication, placement coordination, interview scheduling, training coordination, employer interaction, and maintaining accurate placement records.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate placement opportunities, job openings, eligibility criteria, and application deadlines to students.
- Address student queries related to placements, interviews, and career readiness.
- Conduct placement orientation and awareness sessions.
- Maintain student profiles, resumes, documents, placement databases, and trackers.
- Coordinate employability programs such as aptitude training, soft skills, resume building, mock interviews, GDs, and interview preparation.
- Shortlist eligible candidates and support students with job applications.
- Coordinate interviews between recruiters and students, including scheduling and logistics.
- Track interview outcomes, recruiter feedback, placement status, offers,



and joining.
- Follow up with students and recruiters throughout the placement process.
- Maintain placement dashboards, MIS reports, and documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in Placement Coordination, Student Relations, Academic Operations, Career Services, or Training Coordination.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/data management tools, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Key Performance Areas

Student engagement, placement readiness, interview coordination and attendance, placement tracking and conversion, student data accuracy, and timely reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
