Project Coordinator (Deployment Operations)

About the Role

ValetEZ is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Deployment team by coordinating project activities, maintaining inventory and operational records, coordinating dispatches and vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. This is an office based role requiring robust organizational, coordination, communication, and attention-to detail skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.

Freshers may apply.

- Internship or prior experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, or administration is an advantage.
- Technical Knowledge & Skills (Mandatory) Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of inventory management. Good documentation, coordination, and filing skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate and maintain inventory records and stock movement.
- Coordinate and ensure timely updates of inward and outward inventory in trackers.
- Coordinate and track assets issued to deployment engineers.




- Coordinate inventory reconciliation and report discrepancies to the relevant team.
- Coordinate and maintain import/export documentation and ensure records are complete.
- Coordinate and maintain delivery challans, invoices, and shipment records.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and project reports.
- Maintain deployment MIS, project trackers, and operational dashboards.
- Support procurement, project coordination, and administrative activities.

Work Location

Tin Factory, Bengaluru (Work From Office – 5 Days a Week)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
