Beverage Preparation & Service

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, mocktails, shakes, and other beverages as per company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Recommend beverages and café offerings to guests based on their preferences.

Guest Experience

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Build positive guest relationships and enhance the overall dining experience.

Quality & Hygiene

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage counter, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared using fresh ingredients and quality products.
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, tea, and other beverage ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of products.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.




- Inform management about low stock levels and operational requirements.

Sales & Upselling

- Promote signature beverages, seasonal offerings, and café specials.
- Upsell food pairings and additional beverage options to guests.
- Support outlet sales targets through effective guest engagement.

Operational Support

- Assist the service team during peak operational hours.
- Ensure beverage orders are prepared and served within established timelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow company SOPs and service standards consistently.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate, Diploma Holder, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or QSR outlets.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso-based beverages, and beverage presentation.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
