Key Responsibilities Guest Reception & Seating

- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Ensure proper table allocation and seating arrangements based on operational requirements.

Guest Experience

- Act as the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant.
- Maintain positive guest interactions and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with service staff to accommodate guest preferences and special occasions.

Reservation Management

- Manage restaurant reservation systems and maintain accurate booking records.
- Confirm reservations and communicate any changes to guests when required.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize seating and table turnover.

Coordination & Communication

- Work closely with Restaurant Managers, Captains, and Stewards to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Communicate waiting times accurately to guests.
- Support the team during peak operational hours.

Grooming & Brand Standards





- Maintain excellent personal grooming and qualified appearance at all times.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Uphold Malgudi’s service standards and hospitality culture.

Administrative Support

- Maintain guest databases and reservation records.
- Assist in preparing daily guest count and reservation reports.
- Support promotional activities, events, and special restaurant occasions.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and MS Office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
