Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain proper product displays and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and readily available.
- Support daily store operations and inventory-related activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall store standards.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
