Position: Sr. OPEX Engineer – IMS
Department: OpEx (Operational Excellence)
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Location: Chhatral, Gujarat

Job Purpose

To ensure effective implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and strengthen organizational compliance through internal system audit activities.

Role Overview

The Sr. OPEX Engineer will be responsible for IMS implementation, leading customer audits, and conducting internal system audits to ensure process compliance, system effectiveness, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Role Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS) across departments.
- Lead and coordinate customer audits and ensure timely audit compliance.
- Conduct internal system audits as per audit schedules and standard requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare audit reports and maintain audit-related documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit readiness and compliance improvement.




- Support in other OPEX / Continuous Improvement projects under the guidance of OPEX Head / Top Management.

Key Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of IMS standards and audit processes.
- Experience in customer and internal system audits.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office.

Certification

Lead/Internal Auditor certification of QMS / IMS is mandatory.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
