Job Summary

Keteki Mobile Trading Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and energetic Branding MIS Executive to join our team in Guwahati. In this role, you will manage branding data, generate MIS reports, and leverage your robust presentation and communication skills to coordinate branding activities effectively.

We are looking for a professional who is comfortable working with data, highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and possesses excellent verbal communication to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

● MIS & Data Management: Maintain, update, and analyze MIS reports related to branding campaigns, inventory, and market visibility.

● Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards using advanced Excel.

● Presentation Creation: Design and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, strategy meetings, and branding initiatives.

● Coordination & Communication: Utilize strong verbal communication skills to interact with various teams, vendors,



and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of branding projects.

● Documentation: Keep accurate records of all marketing and branding expenditures, asset deployments, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Min 1 year of relevant experience in MIS management, branding operations data reporting.

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Technical Skills:

● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

● Expert-level skills in MS PowerPoint for creating impactful corporate presentations.

Soft Skills:

● Excellent presentation skills and confidence in public speaking / communication ("talking power").

● Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

● Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
