Three Wise Monkeys is a creative advertising and digital marketing agency working with brands across hospitality, F&B;, lifestyle, events and more. We create content, build brands and make businesses stand out on social media.

We’re looking for a social media buff, creative thinker and tech-savvy hustler who lives and breathes Instagram, Reels and digital trends.

What You’ll Do

- Design social media creatives, carousels, stories and promotional content
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Shoot content using an iPhone — from food and hospitality to events, people and behind-the-scenes moments
- Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars
- Research and track trending Reels, audio, formats, memes, hashtags and social media trends
- Come up with fresh and relatable content ideas and concepts
- Manage and schedule social media content for multiple clients
- Assist with social media strategy and campaign execution
- Keep track of what's working on Instagram and other social platforms
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging digital trends
- Work closely with the creative and social media team to execute campaigns
- Be willing to learn, experiment and try new tools and formats

What We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you:

- Are genuinely obsessed with social media
- Spend way too much time on Instagram — and can actually explain why a Reel is performing well
- Have a good eye for design, aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Know your way around Canva and/or Photoshop
- Can edit Reels using tools such as CapCut, Edits, VN, Premiere Pro or similar




- Are comfortable shooting videos and photos on an iPhone
- Understand Instagram trends, Reels, Stories, carousels and engagement
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new apps, AI tools and digital platforms
- Have strong communication skills and a creative mindset
- Are proactive, curious and willing to take ownership
- Can multitask and handle multiple brands/projects
- Have a valuable understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping

Bonus Points ⭐

- You have managed an Instagram page before
- You have created Reels/content for a brand, creator or personal page
- You understand basic analytics and Instagram Insights
- You know how to use AI tools for content creation, research or ideation
- You follow current pop culture, memes, internet trends and creator culture
- You have a portfolio, Instagram page or examples of your work to show us
