We are one of the leading manufacturer, exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We are looking for self motivated, dynamic Production In Charge who will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling the day-to-day production activities involved in the manufacturing of electrical control panels. The role will ensure that panels are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules while maintaining productivity, safety, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day production of electrical control panels.
- Plan production, allocate manpower, and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Ensure panels are manufactured as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Handle electrical/electronic components, VFDs, control panels, wiring, and assembly.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Testing, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality, material usage, and minimize rework.
- Troubleshoot production-related technical issues and guide the production team.




- Maintain production records and ensure workplace safety and discipline.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Electrical & Electronics
- Practical knowledge of VFDs, control panels, wiring, and electrical components
- Strong production planning and team-handling skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Good communication and coordination skills

Education:

- Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, or a related Engineering or technical field.

Experience:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in electrical control panel manufacturing.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial control panels, PLC panels, VFD panels, or similar electrical panels will be preferred.

Preferred: Experience in electrical/control panel manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
