VStar Exultation Destinations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and energetic Hospitality Manager to manage guest experience and hospitality operations across luxury weddings, corporate events, social celebrations and large-scale events.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in guest management and on-ground event hospitality, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams, vendors and guest requirements while maintaining a high standard of service.

About the Role

This is an operational, client-facing role responsible for managing hospitality arrangements from pre-event planning through on-site execution and ensuring a seamless experience for guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end hospitality arrangements for weddings, corporate events, social events and destination celebrations.
- Plan and coordinate guest arrivals, accommodations, transportation, welcome desks, check-ins, special requests and guest assistance.
- Prepare and manage guest lists, rooming lists, RSVP information, transportation schedules, welcome plans and other hospitality requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, event planners, venues, hotels, caterers, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct venue and hotel site visits and participate in pre-event planning meetings whenever required.
- Attend events and take ownership of on-ground hospitality operations and overall guest experience.
- Lead and supervise hospitality staff, guest-relations teams and temporary event personnel, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.
- Coordinate with hotel and venue teams regarding room allocations, check-ins, guest requirements and special arrangements.
- Handle guest concerns,



special requests and last-minute situations calmly and professionally.
- Ensure hospitality timelines, service standards and client requirements are followed throughout the event.
- Coordinate with operations, production, transport and other internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Conduct post-event coordination and ensure pending guest or client requirements are appropriately closed.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in event hospitality, wedding hospitality, luxury hospitality, hotels, events or a similar role.
- Solid experience in guest management and on-ground event coordination.
- Experience handling rooming lists, guest transportation, hospitality desks, check-ins and guest assistance is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, teams and last-minute requirements under pressure.
- Professional and presentable personality with a robust focus on guest and client experience.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with hotels, venues, vendors and internal event teams.
- Experience handling premium or luxury weddings, destination weddings or corporate events will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends and holidays depending on event schedules.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
