Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer communication, payment follow-ups, project coordination and day-to-day customer relationship activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Payment Follow-up
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
- Maintain payment follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates.
- Project Follow-up
- Follow up with customers regarding ongoing projects.
- Collect required documents and information from customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Keep customers updated about project status.
- Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries and provide necessary information.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Business Coordination
- Follow up on quotations, proposals and new enquiries.
- Support the business development team in customer follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities for additional services with existing customers.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Experience in customer relationship, telecalling, sales coordination or office administration will be an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
