EcoVadis ManagerJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced EcoVadis Manager / Sustainability Manager to lead and coordinate the company’s sustainability, ESG, and EcoVadis assessment activities. The role involves improving the company’s EcoVadis score, coordinating documentation, implementing sustainability initiatives, and working with internal departments and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete EcoVadis assessment and submission process.
- Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Production, Quality, EHS and Management teams to collect required information and evidence.
- Prepare and maintain policies, procedures, records and supporting documents required for EcoVadis.
- Monitor and improve performance in the four EcoVadis themes:
- Environment
- Labor & Human Rights
- Ethics
- Sustainable Procurement
- Identify gaps based on EcoVadis scorecards and prepare Corrective Action / Improvement Plans.
- Develop and implement sustainability and ESG initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding sustainability questionnaires, assessments and compliance documents.
- Monitor supplier sustainability performance and support supplier improvement programs.
- Maintain evidence and documentation for audits and customer sustainability requirements.
- Track relevant KPIs, targets and sustainability performance.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay updated with ESG, sustainability, environmental and responsible-sourcing requirements.
- Support customer audits, sustainability audits and third-party assessments.
- Conduct awareness and training programs for employees on sustainability, ethics and responsible business practices.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Management or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, EcoVadis, EHS, Compliance, Quality or Supplier Management.
- Good understanding of EcoVadis methodology and sustainability requirements.
- Experience in preparing policies, procedures and audit evidence.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
