Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for an international banking process.
- Assist customers with account, card, transaction and service-related queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Follow banking processes, compliance guidelines and data-security procedures.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior International Voice / International BPO experience preferred.
- Candidates with Banking, Credit Card, Financial Services or Customer Service experience will be preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and solid communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- International Customer Service
- US/UK Voice Processes
- Citi/Citibank or other international banking processes
