Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Operations

- Ensure exceptional guest experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Welcome guests, understand their requirements, and provide menu recommendations.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
- Support and guide Captains, Stewards, and other service staff during operations.
- Assist in conducting daily briefings and communicating operational updates.

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Promote menu specials, seasonal offerings, and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets through effective guest engagement and suggestive selling.
- Enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Quality & Hygiene

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and guest touchpoints.
- Follow all SOPs related to restaurant operations and service excellence.

Inventory & Controls





- Assist in monitoring stock levels of operating supplies and consumables.
- Support inventory management and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for operational requirements.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily operational reports and shift handover records.
- Assist in attendance tracking, roster management, and staff deployment.
- Support management in audits and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or QSR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable understanding of restaurant service standards and guest handling.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
