International Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

Global Recruit Way is looking for a proactive and result-driven International Talent Acquisition Executive to identify, engage, and place skilled candidates for overseas employment opportunities across the GCC, UAE, Europe, Malta, Poland, and other international markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Match candidates with overseas job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and international employers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, documentation, and pre-deployment requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the CRM.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure timely completion of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with employers and internal teams to fulfill recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on international recruitment trends and hiring requirements across various countries.

Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or overseas recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Experience in GCC, UAE, Europe, or international hiring is an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Interview coordination and stakeholder management.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines.
