Key Responsibilities:
Lead R&D; initiatives for PU and PVC coatings.
Develop current formulations and optimize existing ones.
Set up and manage an application lab for testing and performance evaluation.
Provide technical support and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead a team and collaborate with business and production units.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s/Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years in R&D; and application development for PU/PVC coatings.
Strong expertise in coatings chemistry, formulation, and sustainability.
Compensation: ₹10-12 LPA
