Handle complete Air Import & Air Export shipments.

Manage end-to-end customer service and freight operations.

Coordinate shipment pickups through final delivery.

Liaise with overseas agents for freight rates, bookings, documentation, pre-alerts, and shipment updates.

Coordinate with IATA agents for export rates, bookings, documentation, and shipment execution.

Coordinate with airlines, airport terminals, customs brokers, warehouse operators, and transporters.

Monitor shipment movements and provide timely shipment updates to customers.

Verify MAWB, HAWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other shipping documents.

Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure statutory compliance.

Arrange last-mile transportation and ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve shipment delays, damages, shortages, and operational issues.

Monitor airline arrivals, terminal handling, and warehouse activities.

Verify vendor invoices and ensure accurate customer billing.

Maintain shipment records in ERP systems and MS Excel.





Negotiate competitive freight rates with airlines and service providers.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and KPI dashboards.

Train, mentor, and supervise the Air Freight Operations team.

Coordinate closely with the Sales team for smooth shipment execution.

Ensure operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and departmental KPIs.
