About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager to drive business development for our Retail General Insurance portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships, particularly with motor dealerships and retail partners, and a proven track record in insurance sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and establish partnerships with motor dealerships and retail partners for insurance distribution.
- Drive business development across Retail Health, Motor, and other General Insurance products.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Generate new customer leads through market mapping, referrals, digital outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements





- 4–10 years of experience in insurance broking, retail general insurance, or a related business development role.
- Strong network and established relationships within retail and motor dealership sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business development and sales orientation.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Positive understanding of Retail Health, Motor, and General Insurance products.
