We are looking for an experienced Plant Incharge for a full time, on-site role in Greater Noida. The Plant Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production and maintenance activities, managing manpower, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and functioning of the plant.
- Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations as per company requirements.
- Supervise and manage plant operators, technicians, and other on-site staff.
- Monitor plant machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Identify equipment breakdowns and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor production/plant performance and maintain daily operational records.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, contractors, and management as required.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and operational areas.
- Maintain plant-related reports, logbooks,



maintenance records, and documentation.
- Monitor housekeeping and ensure the plant premises remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Identify operational risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Report plant performance, breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and other issues to management.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in plant operations, plant maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of plant operations, machinery, and maintenance activities.
- Experience in supervising technicians, operators, and other plant staff.
- Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic operational and equipment issues.
- Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintaining operational reports.
- Strong awareness of workplace safety and operational procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in Greater Noida.
