Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Technical Supervision: Providing technical advice and diagnosing/resolving construction issues in office.
- Quality Control (QA/QC): Inspecting work to ensure it complies with quality standards, specifications, and building regulations, including testing materials and ensuring proper curing of concrete.
- Project Planning and Management: Assisting with site planning, organizing, and supervising subcontractors and personnel, notes TargetJobs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to Health & Safety legislation and maintaining a secure environment.
- Material Management: Estimating required materials, organizing deliveries, and checking quality upon arrival.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining daily site records, progress reports, and documentation of all inspections and measurements.




- Communication: Acting as the liaison between clients, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors

Key Skills Required:

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in interpreting structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to solve technical issues and minimize delays.
- Software Skills: Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Communication & Leadership: Ability to manage crews and communicate with stakeholders.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
