Position Overview
We are looking for freshers to join our retail team at a snacks shop in Malad West, Mumbai.
This is a suitable opportunity for candidates who are looking to start their career in retail, sales, and customer service. No prior work experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and assist them with their purchases.
- Explain available snacks and products to customers.
- Handle billing and cash/UPI payments as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products.
- Refill and display products on shelves and counters.
- Check product availability and inform the supervisor about low stock.
- Pack customer orders properly.
- Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers.
- Follow shop rules, hygiene standards, and daily operating procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of Hindi; knowledge of English/Marathi will be an advantage.
- Polite, hardworking, and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace.
- Candidates must be punctual and comfortable standing/working for extended periods.
