Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Product Experience Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating premium products, engaging with customers, generating sales, and delivering an exceptional product experience. This role is best suited for candidates with experience in direct sales, field sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate and promote premium products to prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Travel within assigned locations when required.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Direct Sales, Field Sales, Retail Sales,



Customer Acquisition, Business Development, or Product Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in premium product sales.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions.
