Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Executives/Quality Engineers to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting inspections, maintaining quality records, and supporting continuous improvement activities. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Identify defects and report quality issues to the concerned departments.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Support internal audits and customer audits.
- Monitor process parameters and quality control activities.




- Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements For Freshers

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of quality concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary

- Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Increment Minimum 10% (Yearly) Maximum Based on the performance
