About the Role:
RMS Marbles is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele calling Executive to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
✅Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
✅Explain company products and services to customers.
✅Follow up with potential clients and generate leads.
✅Maintain customer records and call reports.
✅Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
✅Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
✅Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:
✅Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
✅Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
✅Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
✅Minimum 1 Year Experience Required
