Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Answer inbound inquiries regarding software .
Explain the software features and benefits in a explicit and professional manner.
Follow up with interested clients to encourage software purchase.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries in the CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and clients targets.
Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
