Formost International Trading Pvt Ltd is hiring a Billing cum Cashier for our retail outlet in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing, handling payments, and providing valuable customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and generate accurate invoices for customers.
- Process payments through cash, card, UPI, and other modes.
- Maintain proper cash handling and reconcile transactions at day-end.
- Record daily sales and submit reports to the store/accounting team.
- Attend customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Report stock or billing issues to the store manager.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Com or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience:
0-1 years in billing/cash handling in a retail environment.
- Priority given to candidates residing in or around Chalakudy
- Shift timing - 9:30AM - 8:00PM
- Knowledge of billing software and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
