Stock Market Analyst / Equity Research Analyst

Responsible for analyzing stock markets, companies, financial statements, industry trends, and market data to identify investment opportunities and provide research-based recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of stocks and sectors.
- Track Nifty, Sensex, sector indices, and global market trends.
- Analyze company financial statements, revenue, profit, debt, valuation, and growth prospects.
- Monitor market news, economic indicators, corporate announcements, and geopolitical developments.
- Prepare daily/weekly market reports and investment research reports.
- Identify potential buy, sell, and hold opportunities.
- Develop price targets, risk assessments, and investment strategies.
- Use technical indicators such as RSI, MACD, moving averages, support and resistance, and volume analysis.
- Maintain and update financial models, stock databases, and market trackers.
- Present analysis and recommendations to clients, management, or investment teams.
- Continuously monitor portfolio/company performance and provide updates.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of the Indian stock market.
- Understanding of fundamental and technical analysis.
- Good knowledge of financial statements and valuation methods.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of financial research platforms is an advantage.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to interpret large amounts of financial and market data.
- Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- CFA, NISM, FRM, or similar certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in equity research, investment analysis, financial markets, or portfolio management is preferred.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
