ESTIMATION / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Industry: Office Furniture & Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estimation / Document Controller with a strong background in office furniture and interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of estimation, tender documentation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and project document control.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for office furniture and interior fit-out works.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs.
- Obtain and compare supplier/contractor quotations.
- Prepare comparison statements and evaluate commercial offers.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers,



contractors, project teams, and clients regarding commercial and technical requirements.
- Maintain proper records and control of project documents, drawings, quotations, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are properly updated, tracked, and filed.
- Assist in preparing project cost reports and other estimation-related documentation.

Requirements

- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant estimation experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in office furniture and interior fit-out projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ, quantity take-off, and tendering procedures.
- Good understanding of drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
