Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to manage the company's financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in accounting standards, financial controls, and ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely vendor and customer account reconciliation.




- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.

Qualifications & Experience

- CA (Qualified) / CA Inter / CMA preferred.
- 0-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
