Job Summary:

Responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, coordinating with architects and internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication and a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements, project expectations, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate between clients, architects, designers, consultants, and project teams
- Schedule client meetings, presentations, and project discussions
- Follow up on project progress and communicate regular updates to clients
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project-related documentation
- Support the business development team in generating new leads and opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up reports
- Coordinate site visits and project meetings
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals

- Good understanding of architecture/interior design projects
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Qualified personality and customer-focused approach
- Good follow-up and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Management, or any relevant discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in client relations, architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries
- Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant industry exposure may also be considered

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with architectural firms, interior design studios, real estate developers, or construction companies
- Exposure to residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury projects
- Experience handling premium clients and high-value projects is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
