Summery:-

A site civil engineer oversees construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. They manage resources, coordinate with various teams, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Essentially, they are the bridge between the design and the actual construction, playing a crucial role in the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Site engineers plan, organize, and manage construction activities on-site.
- Resource Management: They oversee the allocation and efficient use of materials, machinery, and labor.
- Quality Control: They ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Site engineers enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordination: They liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals.
- Technical Oversight: They review technical drawings, ensure accurate setting out, and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Progress Reporting: They prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including any delays or issues encountered.
- Budget Management:



They monitor project costs and ensure that work is completed within the allocated budget.
- Risk Assessment: They identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Mobility: Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Technical Skills:

- Engineering Principles: A thorough understanding of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, materials science, and other relevant engineering principles is crucial.
- Construction Management: Expertise in construction processes, methods, and materials is vital for overseeing and managing projects effectively.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD software (like AutoCAD, Civil 3D), and other relevant tools for design and analysis.
- Blueprint Reading: The ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control/Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all construction activities adhere to established standards and regulations.

Project Management Skills:

- Project Planning and Scheduling: Ability to create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Contract Management: Understanding and managing contracts with subcontractors and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
