Job Title:

Business Development & Sales Head – Solar Division

Experience:

10+ years in solar/renewable energy

Role Summary:

Drive revenue growth and market expansion for the solar division by leading business development, strategic marketing initiatives, and techno-commercial deal closures across rooftop, C&I;, and utility-scale segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development and market expansion strategy to build a robust sales pipeline for Rooftop and Commercial Solar
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, branding, and go-to-market plans
- Drive lead generation through industry networks, digital channels, and strategic alliances
- Lead techno-commercial proposals, tendering, and bid management
- Negotiate high-value contracts and close large-scale solar deals
- Analyze market trends, policies, and competitor positioning to refine strategy




- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, execution) for optimized solutions
- Build, lead, and mentor the Solar Team

Requirements:

- Strong background in business development, sales, and marketing within solar/EPC
- Proven track record of revenue generation and key account management
- Expertise in pricing, and contract negotiation
- Good understanding of solar PV systems and regulatory landscape

- Revenue growth and market share
- Lead generation and conversion rate
- Order book and pipeline strength
- Brand visibility and market penetration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
