We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the company's human resources functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, training and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication and interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to manage employees and HR operations effectively.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
