We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, driving admissions, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Counsel students on career paths, program benefits, and fee structures
- Drive end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Build strong relationships with students for better engagement and referrals

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
