Summary:
Ensures reliability, availability, and operational excellence of enterprise Messaging & Collaboration platforms. Partners with Engineering, Security, Networking, and Service Management teams minimize disruptions, automate operational tasks, improve platform health, and continuously enhance the end-user experience across Microsoft 365 environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain high availability proactive health checks & incident support
- Operate Exchange Online, Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms & OneDrive
- Configure monitoring, tune alerts, build dashboards, reduce alert fatigue
- PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API — eliminate toil & streamline ops
- ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & disaster recovery support
- Cross-functional teamwork incident comms, mentoring & post-incident reviews

QUALIFICATIONS
8–12+ years in Messaging & Collaboration / M365 operations
Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams & M365 services
Hybrid Microsoft environments & identity services
Strong PowerShell scripting & enterprise support experience
Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
