About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take complete ownership of creative assignments from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should be creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of leading junior designers while staying updated with the latest design tools, trends, and software.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end accountability for assigned creative projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop creatives for social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, catalogues, brochures, banners, carousels, presentations, and campaigns.
- Create engaging product videos, reels, motion graphics, and video edits.
- Work on 3D designs, product renders, mock-ups, and 3D visual content.
- Lead and guide junior designers, review their work, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, layouts, and design quality.
- Stay updated with latest design software, AI tools, creative trends, design techniques, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and other teams to understand creative requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently prioritize tasks based on deadlines and business requirements.




- Take ownership of revisions and ensure final creatives meet the required quality standards.
- Explore new creative formats and ideas to improve engagement and brand communication.

Required Skills

- Solid command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and animation.
- Knowledge of 3D design/rendering tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media creatives, e-commerce design, catalogues, carousels, and product communication.
- Good understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to learn and adopt new software, AI tools, and emerging design technologies quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Education

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.

Portfolio

A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, e-commerce creatives, video/motion work, and preferably 3D projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
