We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A; & Reporting Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in FP&A;, financial reporting, commercial finance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and month-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Review customer and vendor contracts for financial terms, risks, payment milestones, and revenue recognition requirements.
- Track contract performance, revenue, billings, accruals, backlog, and key commercial KPIs.
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, scenario analysis, and financial modelling.
- Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis with clear commentary.
- Support month-end closing activities including accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements in line with IFRS / GAAP.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other business teams on financial performance and cost drivers.
- Present financial insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com, BBA Finance, BSc Accounting,



or equivalent qualification.
- 3–4 years of experience in FP&A;, Management Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, or a related role.
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting / ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in an MNC or Big 4 firm is essential.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for finance automation and analysis.
- Exposure to intercompany accounting, multi-currency environments, or cross-border consolidations.
- Experience with contract management platforms such as Salesforce, Icertis, SAP Contracts, or similar.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
